Hello, I am Justin, the creator of healthandswellness.net. I started my health and wellness journey in January 2018. Having been dumped by my first true love and weighing in at 280 pounds, I became obsessed with improving myself. I became engulfed in the newest fitness and nutrition info and lost 60 pounds in 6 months. In May, 2018, I learned that I would be needing a second brain surgery to remove a cavernous malformation in my brainstem. Thankfully, the June 2018 surgery was a total success, and within 2 months I was back at the gym. My life experiences,willingness to experiment on myself, and obsession with obtaining the most up to date health info is why I created this site. I want to inspire people to live their best, most optimized life possible.
