4 HIIT Workouts: The Swellest Way to Burn Fat
Now that the diet is up and running,it's time to talk about fitness. The key is consistency. Now that sounds cliché, but it's true. You have to do something everyday. But it doesn't have to be boring, and it definitely doesn't have to take up a ton of time. Intensity over volume, quality over quantity. Always. Here are some cool workouts you can do in under 10 minutes. Do these 1-2 times a week.
Tabata (4 min.)
It's 20 seconds on ten seconds off for 8 rounds. Choose challenging exercises. Like kettle bell swings, or burpees.
The Trifecta (6 min.)
2 minutes burpees
2 minutes Spiderman pushups
2 minutes jump squats
The Swell Mountain (6 min.)
2 minutes knee to chest
2 minutes knee to elbow
2 minutes knee to shoulder
Ocho Challenge (8 min.)
10 jump squats
How many sets can you do in 8 minutes?
