The Health And Swell Diet Part 1: This isn't a Diet
After making my last YouTube video, it became clear to me that I needed to create a diet plan. But as that video exclaims, diets are stupid. They keep people fat, unhealthy, and miserable. And that's the point. Diets are meant to sustain themselves. They are meant to keep people on them. And the "good ones", like Weight Watchers, will even make you think it's working. But that is just so you will continue spending money. That success will stop. Trust me. So if I am going to construct a plan for you beauties it has to be something that is meant to keep you happy, to keep you motivated, and ultimately to keep you healthy. I promise right here and now, no matter how successful this company gets, my diet plan will remain free. Because as crazy as this sounds, I'm not in the profit making business. I'm in the making people healthy business. So with that said, let's take a look into what a health and swell diet could look like.
For today, I want to focus on the structure of this plan, or more specifically how there won't be much or any structure at all. That's the point. Food is your friend. It is not something you should fear. What you eat shouldn't be structured to the point where it becomes a chore. Instead, it's important to look at food as you would look at the clothes you wear, the friends you hang out with, or the activities you partake in. Nutrition is another part of your lifestyle. Another promise I will make is that you will never have to count calories. Calories are not the be all end all of fat loss. Your body doesn't know what a calorie is, not in the way you think. So no calorie counting, hell we won't even mention a calorie. That's a promise. Lastly, our diet plan will never allow for cheat meals. Now, let me explain. If that hottie in your psychics class wants to grab a beer, you do it. If it's Super Bowl Sunday and you want to eat 38 wings, do it. The point is we believe there is no such thing as a cheat meal. A cheat meal suggests that your regular nutrition is not satisfying. And that just simply isn't the case on a health and swell diet plan.
As the week progresses, we will get into the specifics of what the health and swell diet will be. But for today I will leave you with this. Love what you put in your body. Realize that the food you eat becomes who you are. The old saying, "we are what we eat" is true. Moving forward, it is time to shift your view on nutrition. It's time to get on that path to health and swellness.
Here's to loving what you eat.
