Why You Need To Create Content on Tik Tok in 2020

I feel like I'm sounding like a broken record. But if you are an entrepreneur, a creative , really anything, you need to be creating content on Tik Tok. A lot of millenials, gen z's and boomers insist it's just a fad. And maybe they are right. But who fucking cares. It's already blown up now. Big businesses, celebrities, and all the popular entrepreneurs are on it. Even people in the health and fitness space are producing content. By 2021, I expect one of two things, either Tik Tok loses relevance and the opportunity is gone. Or it completely wins this battle against Instagram, the attention completely shifts and again, you lost your opportunity. Don't be the person who in a year from now regrets not creating content on Tik Tok. Be proactive. Act on what's happening right now. Three days ago I posted a video on Tik Tok. It followed a popular trend that all the kids were doing. I had posted these types of videos before and most got a few hundred views. But the one I posted 3 days ago currently sits at over 63 000 views. And my followers have grown from 300 to over 1000. That's incredible organic growth. It's nothing crazy compared to the "famous" Tik Tokers. But since posting that "viral" video, my original content has been getting more views. I've reached more people. You can't do this on Instagram anymore. The organic reach is dead. And soon enough Tik Tok's algorithm will kill organic reach too. This is why it is so important to create content now. You can grow your audience. Leverage your Tik Tok success to other areas. That's how this game works. Forget what you think will happen to the app in the future. Right now, you can use it to your advantage. I truly believe this decade is going to see the most self-made millionaires in human history. The reason for this is underpriced attention on social media. If you look at most famous YouTubers today, they share one thing in common; they have been creating YouTube videos since the beginning (or close to it). They were early to the party. When it comes to Tik Tok, you need to be early. Because the longer you wait, the more people show up, the party gets crowded, and before you know it, there's no room for you. Here's to taking advantage of today. #tiktok #socialmedia #swellmedia
